  • Review the purpose and approach of strategic mentoring on the “About” page of this website. Strategic mentoring is NOT long-term mentoring but rather a strategic conversation around your current challenge or question.
  • Prepare your thoughts & questions using the Mentee reflection questions found in the “Resource” section.

My name is Todd Brown. First and foremost, I am the husband of an amazing wife (Nique) and the father of 6 amazing children (Hudson, Parker, Quinn, Zoe, Lilah and Gemma). I am also the Associate Pastor of Youth at First Southern Baptist Church in Liberal Kansas. I first received my call to ministry in 2002 not long after Jesus found and saved me as a teen at Super Summer at WCC. My gratefulness for the many youth leaders that poured into me as a teenager has driven my love for discipling teens for the past two decades. Along the way I have also had countless mentors to guide me while serving as a volunteer youth leader, middle school pastor, and now in my role as a youth pastor. I am so excited to be able to give back and encourage other youth leaders in our area. I love talking about building and growing youth leader teams, deepening discipleship in youth ministry, hosting great events, or anything else you might have questions about.
